CNC milling and turning for impellers, pump parts and machine components — by the engineering team of a 30-year industrial manufacturer
CPS Machining Thailand is a CNC milling and turning service in Bangna, Bangkok. We mill and turn metal parts — impellers, pump components, castings, jigs and fixtures and machine parts — on a Makino S33, Mori Seiki SL-15MC and CL-20A, from single prototypes to production lots, under the ISO 9000 quality management system of the CPS Manufacturer Group.

Capability that comes from an industrial manufacturer
Engineers who understand both design and production
Our team handles drawing review, process planning, tool selection and final inspection. That experience comes from developing and producing complete products, so we understand how each part has to perform once assembled — not just how to make it match the drawing.
From 3D surfaces to turn-mill parts finished in one setup
The Makino S33 is a die/mold-class VMC that delivers high accuracy and surface finish on continuous curved surfaces. The Mori Seiki SL-15MC turns, mills, drills and taps in a single clamping. Together they cover impellers, mold components, jigs and fixtures, shafts and machine parts.
Production control of a manufacturer, not a job shop
The CPS Manufacturer Group has built water pumps, water heaters and electric stoves at industrial volume for 30 years under an ISO 9000 quality system and TISI, IEC and CE product standards. Production planning, lot control, incoming inspection and on-time delivery are audited processes — including a gauge calibration system in continuous use since 2014. Every machined part goes through the same system.
Main machines and work envelope
Model and limits of each machine, so your engineering team can assess fit before sending a drawing.

650 × 500 × 450 mm travel · 13,000 rpm
3D surfaces, impellers, castings, jigs and fixtures and mold components. Max workpiece 800 × 450 × 450 mm, 400 kg table load.
6 in chuck · 12-station turret with live tools
Turning, slotting, cross-drilling and tapping in one clamping. X/Z 210/400 mm, spindle 50–5,000 rpm.
8 in chuck · Ø310 × 330 mm
Continuous turning lots: shafts, bushings, flanges, stove face rings, and roughing blanks before milling.
From single prototypes to production lots
Impellers and pump components
Brass impellers, cast impeller covers and pump housings — face milling, boring, drilling and tapping on the Makino S33 with multi-part fixtures.
Mold components, jigs and fixtures
Inserts, cores, base plates, assembly jigs and inspection fixtures that need positional accuracy and surface finish from the S33.
Turned parts for appliances and machinery
Electric stove faces, flanges, bushings and shafts where face flatness and runout are controlled — set up and checked with a dial indicator before every lot.

Every gauge is registered, calibrated on schedule, and has a history
A measurement is only as reliable as the gauge behind it. We have run gauge calibration under the group’s ISO 9000 system since 2014, and the machine shop’s gauges follow the same system.
The CNC machining unit of an industrial manufacturer
CPS Machining Thailand is the metal milling and turning unit of the CPS Manufacturer Group, which has designed and manufactured water pumps, water heaters, electric stoves and water filters under the FUJIKA brand for 30 years, with its own R&D team and production lines. The group operates an ISO 9000 quality management system, and its products carry TISI, Label No. 5, IEC and CE certifications.
Our machining capability was built on producing parts in continuous lots, such as the brass impellers and pump covers milled on the Makino S33 in this factory. Today we take outside work from prototypes through production lots. Read our story →
For purchasing and engineering teams
What do I need to send for a quote?
Just send the drawing — a PDF is enough — with material, quantity and required delivery date. Our engineers review the drawing before quoting and send back any production notes with the quote.
What quantities do you accept?
From a single piece for prototypes and repair work to continuous production lots. Production lots are scheduled in delivery batches with an inspection record per lot, following the same system as the group’s production lines.
What part sizes can you machine?
Milling up to 800 × 450 × 450 mm on the Makino S33, and turning up to Ø310 × 330 mm long on the Mori Seiki CL-20A. Anything outside this envelope we flag at drawing review.
What tolerances do you hold?
General milling tolerance ±0.01 mm and general turning tolerance ±0.02 mm, based on machine accuracy and calibrated gauges. Tighter tolerances are quoted per feature — mark them on the drawing.
How is quality checked?
First-article inspection before a lot runs, in-process checks at the critical features on the drawing, and a measurement report on request. Every gauge is registered and calibrated on schedule. Parts that need a CMM report are measured by an external laboratory and the report is delivered with the parts.
What certifications do you hold?
The CPS Manufacturer Group operates a certified ISO 9000 quality management system, and its products are certified to TISI, Label No. 5, IEC and CE. CPS Machining Thailand’s milling and turning work runs under the same quality system. Copies of certificates are available with your drawing.
Where is the factory?
On Udomsuk Road in Bangna, Bangkok, inside the CPS Manufacturer Co., Ltd. production site — easy access from Bangna-Trat, Srinakarin and Sukhumvit roads.
Send us your drawing for a quotation. Our engineers review it and reply with the quote and any production notes.
