CNC turning and milling service in Bangkok — Makino S33, Mori Seiki SL-15MC and CL-20A
Three CNC machines for milling, turning and turn-mill in one setup
Makino S33
Vertical Machining Center · Makino Asia3D surface milling, impellers, mold components and inserts, jigs and fixtures, castings that need face milling, boring, drilling and tapping, and parts that need an as-machined finish.
| Table size | 850 × 500 mm |
| Max workpiece | 800 × 450 × 450 mm |
| ATC / tool-to-tool | 20 tools / 1.3 s |
| Feed rate | 40 m/min |
Mori Seiki SL-15MC
Turning center with milling turret · Fanuc 10TTurning, slotting, cross-drilling and tapping in one clamping — every feature references the same datum, with no stacked error from moving between machines.
| General turning tolerance | ±0.02 mm |
| Best for | Shafts, bushings, flanges with cross holes, combined turn-mill parts |
Mori Seiki CL-20A
Turning center2-axis turning: shafts, bushings, flanges, stove face rings, and roughing blanks before milling on the S33.
| Spindle motor | 7.5 kW |
| General turning tolerance | ±0.02 mm |
| Best for | Continuous turning lots, parts up to Ø310 |
Secondary operations and assemblies
Conventional milling and drilling machines for facing, drilling, tapping and assembly work, so a complete set of parts is finished under one roof. CMM reports are provided through our regular external laboratory and stated in the quotation.
Part size and tolerance
The envelope below is what we can guarantee. Anything outside it, we tell you at drawing review.
Where the tolerance figures come from — we set general tolerances several times wider than the machine’s positioning accuracy, and they must be verifiable with the calibrated gauges in our shop. So we accept general milling work on the Makino S33 at ±0.01 mm and the Mori Seiki lathes at ±0.02 mm. Where a feature needs tighter, mark it on the drawing and we quote it per feature together with the measurement method we will use.
Surface finish — most milled parts leave the S33 with an as-machined finish that needs no further work. If a specific roughness is required, state the Ra value on the drawing so we can plan the process.
What we do on our machines
Milling (Makino S33)
- 3D surface milling on continuous curved surfaces — impellers, mold cores, inserts
- Face milling, boring, drilling and tapping on castings — impeller covers, pump housings
- Production lots on multi-part fixtures (real example: impeller covers)
- Assembly jigs, inspection fixtures, base plates
Turning (Mori Seiki SL-15MC / CL-20A)
- 2-axis turning: shafts, bushings, flanges, rings, electric stove faces
- Turn-mill in one clamping: slotting, cross-drilling and tapping with live tooling
- Set-up and runout check with a dial indicator before every lot
- Roughing blanks before milling on the S33 — a set of parts finished under one roof
Materials we mill and turn
We list only materials we have real cutting data for on our machines.
For other materials, send the drawing and ask. We answer from cutting data we actually have, and we do not take work whose result we are not sure of.
What the drawing should include
- A PDF of the drawing
- Material and stock condition (bar, plate, or customer-supplied castings)
- Quantity per lot and required delivery date
- Tolerances and surface finish only where tighter than the general values
- Whether a measurement report or a CMM report (external lab) is required
Send us your drawing
A PDF is enough — add material, quantity and delivery date. An engineer reviews it before we quote.
